Gay Spalding
As the lead pastor of Compass Ministries and as Co-Leader of The River healing and deliverance ministry, Gay has been charged with bringing all-out revival and transformation to the Gardner community. Gay has a passion for helping the downtrodden and has led outreach efforts to change lives. In her ministry, she empowers and equips people to fulfill their God-given destiny and call!
Shawn and Dawn Burkett
Shawn and Dawn have been a part of the Compass family for many years and joined the Compass Ministries leadership team in 2022.
They bring their strong faith in Jesus Christ, their amazing personal transformation testimonies, and their service experience in the Tres Dias and Vida Nueva retreats to minister to others through Compass men and women's ministries.
Joe Piedimonte
Joe joined the Compass Ministries leadership team in January, 2023. He has been a Christian for many years and leads our men's group. He preaches/teaches the Word of God and has a passion for discipleship.
